Our SEO reporting was scattered across four different platforms: Google Search Console, Semrush, Bing Webmaster Tools, and Google Analytics. Putting together a monthly report for a single client meant logging into each platform, exporting data, and manually combining everything into something useful. It took hours per report and the data was often stale by the time it reached the client.
What We Built
We built a custom API integration layer that pulls data from all four platforms into a single dashboard. The tool runs automated data collection on a schedule and generates real-time reports that can be filtered by date, domain, keyword group, or page. Instead of bouncing between tabs and spreadsheets, everything lives in one place.
The dashboard tracks keyword performance across search engines with rank change alerts, so we know immediately when something moves. Historical data is stored for trend analysis, which means we can spot patterns over weeks and months instead of just looking at snapshots. Automated weekly and monthly reports generate themselves, ready to review and send.
How It Turned Out
Report generation went from 4 hours to automatic. Clients get access to their SEO data in real time instead of waiting for a monthly email. Keyword movements are flagged immediately so we can respond faster to algorithm changes or competitor activity. It's one of those tools where you wonder how you ever worked without it.
