B2B sales teams were manually evaluating contact lists against their ideal customer profiles. The process took hours per list, human evaluation missed patterns, and scaling the work across multiple markets was basically impossible. When you're trying to score contacts in the USA, UK, Germany, South Africa, and other markets, manual methods just don't hold up.
What We Built
We built a scoring engine that evaluates companies across three tiers. At the company level, it looks at industry, size, and location. At the brand level, it assesses reputation and market presence. At the contact level, it evaluates role, seniority, and engagement signals. The tool processes entire contact lists in seconds and spits out match percentages for each entry.
The scoring criteria are configurable per client and per campaign, so the same tool works differently depending on who you're targeting. Once contacts are scored, results can be exported directly into CRM systems. The tool currently supports six markets including the USA, UK, Germany, South Africa, Australia, and the Netherlands.
How It Turned Out
Sales teams now process contact lists in seconds instead of hours. Match accuracy improved because the algorithm catches patterns that humans miss, like company growth signals or industry adjacencies that suggest a good fit. The tool has been deployed across multiple client accounts and handles thousands of contacts per run. The sales teams that use it spend their time calling the right people instead of guessing who to call first.
