A digital marketing agency was spending two full days every month compiling client reports. Each report required logging into Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads, exporting data, formatting spreadsheets, writing commentary, and assembling it all into a presentable document. With 15 clients, that was 120+ hours per month on reporting alone.
Our Approach
We built a custom reporting tool that connects to each platform via API, pulls the relevant metrics, calculates period-over-period changes, and generates a formatted report. The tool handles the data collection and calculation. The account manager adds strategic commentary and recommendations — the part that actually needs human insight.

Results
Report generation went from 8 hours per client to 15 minutes. The agency reclaimed nearly 100 hours per month. More importantly, reports are now delivered on the 3rd of every month instead of the 15th, which improved client satisfaction. The consistency of data formatting also eliminated calculation errors that had caused client complaints.
