Every project starts the same way: a discovery call, an honest audit, and a clear plan. Not because it is a nice framework. Because the ones that skip any of those three steps consistently produce worse outcomes.

After launch, most clients move into a monthly arrangement: SEO, content, reporting, and site maintenance at a fixed monthly rate. The SEO work compounds. Month 3 is better than month 1.
